Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • All tags and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Provide your order number and reason for return

Step 3:
Receive return authorization and return instructions

Step 4:
Ship the item back following the provided instructions

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refund approval notification will be sent by email
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing Time: 3 business days
  • Bank processing may require an additional 1–5 business days
